Aron (International Sales Director) trained as an accountant with Ernst & Young in Zimbabwe, before embracing the financial services sector in 2001. He worked as an intermediary in Southern Africa for 4 years, moving to Cyprus in 2008, to build distribution, in the Middle East, for Colonial Life. Since joining us in January 2009, he has been hugely successful in establishing the Synergy name in the Middle East and Europe.

His jovial character and sharp business brain means that Aron will gladly do whatever is required, in a ‘no nonsense’ fashion, to review the facts, highlight the benefits and drawbacks of any opportunity in order to succeed in generating increasing levels of commitment from his clients.
