Andy has a background of close to 30 years working with Financial Institutions, Intermediaries and investors across insurance, pensions and investment both in UK and Asia as a Product Provider and Adviser. This culminated in him operating his own consultancy before joining John in early 2005. Along with his successful sales background, Andy also brings an analytical approach to the business which is invaluable when assessing possible new partnerships.
